The traction control is driven by a vector variable frequency motor, which realizes the constant linear speed control and effectively cuts off the mutual influence between the winding and unwinding tension. The winding shaft is driven by_vector variable frequency motor. The winding tension is controlled. According to the winding diameter, slitting thickness, setting tension and other parameters, the PLC outputs control signals after calculation. The purpose of controlling the winding tension is achieved by controlling the friction pressure of the winding shaft. Unwinding adopts hydraulic power loading and unloading.
